OBJECTIVES

1. Increase alumni participation in Eton Activities

1. Recruit alumni to serve as tour guides at open house
2. Fill an alumni table at the auction
3. Hold alumni reunion
4. Develop the mentoring program for classrooms

1. Add section to web site for alumni to e-mail each other
2. Cultivate more alumni updates for the alumni page

1. Ensure each alumni event raises/charges enough to cover the costs
2. Plan and implement one project a year for the alumni to organize that will give something back to Eton. (Project can be through time and talent, instead of a financial gift.)
3. Implement alumni annual giving campaign, encouraging alumni to give $1 for each year since they left Eton or split registration fee between annual giving and association fee.

STRUCTURE

Executive Committee of no more than 6 people will serve 3-year terms. After the group is established and a full Executive Committee has been in place for 2 years, we will start a rotation system for members. Every year, 2 members will rotate off and 2 new members will be elected.

An Association sub-committee will be developed for each alumni activity and will report their progress to the Executive Committee on a regular basis.

Potential subcommittees could include:

1. Reunion
2. Luncheon
3. Annual Giving
4. Web page development
5. Open house
6. Auction
